I wanted to create an environment where all sorts of literary interests could be discussed by people of all ages. I believe in the importance of encouraging kids to read, and also to encourage them to respect other people's opinions. I also believe that it is important for adults to respect others' opinions and to set a good example for the next generation.
The literary arts is a wider topic of interest than most people realize. Not only is it printed books, it's spoken word too. Poetry is both written and spoken. The beauty of it is more commonly heard than seen. Same with music, same with plays. Although with plays, you see and hear it at the same time... But I digress. Suffice to say, consider these brief definitions...
