Hello dashiedo, and welcome to Aeon!
First off, I moved your post to a new thread - the Adoption board is for people to adopt out existing characters, not for general questions like this.
Now, to answer you - new characters are created in the Creation board, where you will also find helpful threads like Reserved Names and Character Designing 401. The thread titled Character Application has a form for you to fill out with your new character's info, which you then post in a new thread. A mod will then come around, and if everything looks good, we will approve your character to be roleplayed.
I'd also highly suggest poking around all the boards and seeing what other people are doing. I know there are a lot of boards and it might be a bit confusing at first, but it will help a lot to get you used to the site and the way things are run. C: Let me know if you have further questions! |
