[/justify]All magic information can be located in this thread. Horses of Aeon can have various types of magic, from beneficial to destructive use. Whether your character uses it for either is their own decision, but the fact that magic courses through their veins means they are blessed with a very special gift granted to them by traveling through the Rift. Through the ethereal spire, all 'touched' horses (by choice of their roleplayer) have a magical skill in which they master as they grow. The types are as followed. Keep in mind that if you find another form of magic you wish to add, simply private message iTEHSOUPI with its name and she will add it to the list. Remember, the level goes up every 10 posts (9 for Half Aeonians, and 8 for Aeonians) you make with a particular character.

Ability to Heal and Mend Injuries
With these abilities, you can become a great asset to your herd, and well renowned for your abilities with healing. Unlike others, who may have to learn the difficulties of making salves to cure ailments, and suffer their long term effects, horses with the Resurrection magic can shorten, and even remove, all the time that natural healing takes.
- Level 1: Ability to accelerate healing rate of one's own small wounds.
- Level 2: Ability to mend small wounds instantly on self. Slowly heal others' minor wounds.
- Level 3: Instantly heal others' minor wounds. Accelerate healing of large wounds on self. Ability to cure infection on self.
- Level 4: Instantly heal large wounds on self. Accelerate healing of large wounds on others. Ability to cure infection on others.
- Level 5: Instantly heal all wounds and infections on self and others.
- Level 6: Ability to stop death on self once, or on another.
- Level 7: Acquirable only through being an Aeonian Horse/Half Aeonian Horse or an Etherstone Necklace. Ability to stop death one other time, grand totaling two stop death abilities.
- Level 8: Acquirable only through being an Aeonian Horse (Full only) and an Etherstone Necklace. Ability to grant life to the long dead, another stop death ability added.
Illusion
Change of Visual and Aural Aspects
A very misunderstood and shady art, the Illusion magic can sometimes cause horses to go mad - that is, if they don't understand they're being tricked. Horses gifted with Illusion have the ability to alter the world around them, others, and themselves. Though it is useless in means of destructive purposes, Illusion is a marvelous ability to those who may need to repeatedly defend.
- Level 1: Ability to teleport short distances.
- Level 2: Teleportation range widens. Ability to throw sounds of small predators/horses in a small range.
- Level 3: Teleportation and aural/sound illusions range widen.
- Level 4: Now horse can teleport across Aeon successfully. Throwing sounds/aural illusions can imitate large predators. Teleportation of small to medium creatures/objects achieved.
- Level 5: Can cast shadows and copies of various small to medium sized animals, horses and predators.
- Level 6: Ability to cast shadows and copies of large predators. Teleportation of large creatures/objects achieved.
- Level 7: Acquirable only through being an Aeonian Horse/Half Aeonian Horse or an Etherstone Necklace. Ability to create illusional animals of any size that fade away after an hour. Illusions look, feel, act, and seem completely real. Under caster's control.
- Level 8: Acquirable only through being an Aeonian Horse (Full only) and an Etherstone Necklace. Illusion creatures now last until caster tells them to disperse.
Elemental
Ability to Control and Use an Element
Lore of those that can control the elements have always been favorites in stories - little did the children know the stories are real. Fire, water, earth, air, ice, lightning... all of these things, and more, can be controlled by those Touched here on Aeon. They make for wonderful fighters, using their element to help guide them to victory in battle. Elemental powers manifest as the users see fit, which makes this tier the most versatile and open.
- Level 1: User can perform extremely small tasks. (e.g.: small winds, growing grass, static, puffs of flames)
- Level 2: Spells grow to larger scale.
- Level 3: Continuing strength of spells. Impressive attacks may now be used.
- Level 4: Small elemental shields now available. Power increase.
- Level 5: Whole body elemental shields available (still count as a block in fights/challenges). Power increases.
- Level 6: Elemental vortex/projectile (primarily) ability granted - send your enemies running with this potent tornado-like ability!
- Level 7: Acquirable only through being an Aeonian Horse/Half Aeonian Horse or an Etherstone Necklace. Can create a single, personal elemental spell/attack/aid that does as the users see fit, though is not necessarily instantly fatal.
- Level 8: Acquirable only through being an Aeonian Horse (Full only) and an Etherstone Necklace. Power at max. Personal spell now incredibly deadly and possibly fatal.
Necromancy
Control Over the Dead and Decay
Though frowned upon and thought to be the Devil's work, no one can overlook the powers of Necromancy. This fear skill can be used for various tasks, and proves increasingly detrimental to public view. This dark art is highly revered in certain situations and clans, but isn't always the best choice when it comes to conversation starters.
- Level 1: Ability to reanimate small rodent-sized creatures. Small window of reanimation (up to 30 minutes).
- Level 2: Ability to reanimate medium-sized creatures.
- Level 3: Ability to reanimate horse-sized creatures. Medium window of reanimation. (30 minutes to 2 hours).
- Level 4: Ability to reanimate and give a duration of "life" to a dead/dying creature for a short time.
- Level 5: Ability to reanimate large creatures. Ability to reanimate up to 2-3 creatures at once. Reanimation ends on command.
- Level 6: Ability to reanimate up to 5 creatures. Form new creatures from the bodies of the dead.
- Level 7: Acquirable only through being an Aeonian Horse/Half Aeonian Horse or an Etherstone Necklace. Can conjure a small- to medium-sized reanimated familiar that is bonded to the caster for life.
- Level 8: Acquirable only through being an Aeonian Horse (Full only) and an Etherstone Necklace. Familiar can now be large (dragons, wyverns, leviathan, and tyrannosaurus rex unavailable) familiar.
Shapeshifting
Ability to Change Ones Physical Form
A cunning magic class, Shapeshifters always seem to be at the end of some sort of folly or mischief. With this clever skill, one could become a master spy, sneak, cheat, or possibly even feared monster - the possibilities are endless! Make carbon copies of another equine, and waltz around in their skin - even if you don't have their skills to match. Who knows the trouble you could cause.
- Level 1: Ability to shapeshift into small rodent-like creatures for a short duration of time.
- Level 2: Small creature duration increase. Ability to shapeshift into medium-sized creatures for a short time.
- Level 3: Medium creature duration increase.
- Level 4: Ability to shapeshift into large creatures for a short period of time.
- Level 5: Large creature duration increase.
- Level 6: Ability to shapeshift into larger predators (dragons, etc) for a short period of time. Remain shifted until commanded otherwise.
- Level 7: Acquirable only through being an Aeonian Horse/Half Aeonian Horse or an Etherstone Necklace. Can shapeshift the appearance of one other to small-medium for one hour. Cannot shift while doing so.
- Level 8: Acquirable only through being an Aeonian Horse (Full only) and an Etherstone Necklace. Can shapeshift the appearance of one other to small-large for one hour. Can shift to small-medium while doing so.
Psionics
Sharpness of Mind Beyond Extraordinary
Every chief wishes for this ability - Psionics. With this class, one can decipher, read, and in cases control the minds of others. Typically a skill kept hidden from the public, not many Psionics want others to know they can read their thoughts - its quite frowned upon, actually. Hey, but you can always mask it with telekinetic powers - maybe they'll think you're an Illusionist.
- Level 1: Minor telekinesis achieved. Small objects can be moved.
- Level 2: Medium objects moveable through telekinesis. Vague emotion mind reading achieved.
- Level 3: Ability to move small to medium-size living things.
- Level 4: Reading small thoughts and emotions of other characters. Ability to use telekinesis on larger objects.
- Level 5: Can put thoughts into living creatures heads - whether they listen or not is another story.
- Level 6: Full blown mind reading achieved. Telekinesis mastered.
- Level 7: Acquirable only through being an Aeonian Horse/Half Aeonian Horse or an Etherstone Necklace. Can have completely silent conversation solely through mind reading with one other.
- Level 8: Acquirable only through being an Aeonian Horse (Full only) and an Etherstone Necklace. Can force action upon a chosen subject once.
Foresight
Foreseeing and Witnessing Events New and Old
The power to witness both future and past? Now that is something all its own! With these abilities, your character will be able to bear sole witness to hallucination-like visions that, depending on the situation, could be prophecies or mere memories of others! This elusive power could be used both as a hindrance or helper; what do you choose?
- Level 1: Minor past sight achieved. Several minute prior window.
- Level 2: Medium past sight achieved. Can see hours back into past on self or others.
- Level 3: High past sight achieved. Can now choose point in time for past to view for short period of time.
- Level 4: Minor future sight achieved. Several minute window. Past sight abilities mastered.
- Level 5: Medium future sight achieved. Now can see several hours into future on self and others.
- Level 6: High future sight achieved. Can now choose point in time for future to view - however, doesn't always mean future is set in stone.
- Level 7: Acquirable only through being an Aeonian Horse/Half Aeonian Horse or an Etherstone Necklace. Can personally visit a point in the past for a small amount of time upon command.
- Level 8: Acquirable only through being an Aeonian Horse (Full only) and an Etherstone Necklace. Can personally visit a point in the past for as long as desired upon command.
Witch Doctor
Controlling the Very Being of Aeon
Not nearly as unappreciated as necromancy, the Witch Doctor is also watched with a wary eye. It's hard to tell if the parrot sitting perched above your head is just a regular old parrot, or a potential outreach of the Witch Doctor's own mind. They have an unprecedented understanding of the fauna and flora of Aeon, and know how to manipulate it to their own accord.
Special Note: Only Aeon-born natives may be Witch Doctors. It may be genetically passed down through several generations without ever showing. Many who are witch doctors may not realize until later in life when their magic is "awakened" or strong enough to show that they are witch doctors.
- Level 1: Ability to transform smalls plants into small rodent-like creatures or vice-versa for a short amount of time. No control over the creation.
- Level 2: Small creature/plant duration increased. Has minimum control over small creations. Can now transform medium plants into animals or vice versa for small amount of time. No control over medium creations.
- Level 3: Can indefinitely control small creature/plant duration. Medium creature/plant duration increased.
- Level 4: Medium creature/plant duration increased. Can view the world through their creations for a short period of time (limited to only animals).
- Level 5: Can control medium creature/plant duration indefinitely. Duration to view the world through their animal creations has increased.
- Level 6: Can indefinitely view the world through their animal creations. Has developed the ability to go out of body for a very short time.
- Level 7: Acquirable only through being an Aeonian Horse/Half Aeonian Horse or an Etherstone Necklace. Can sacrifice two medium animals to create a large creation for a short period. No control over the creature. Duration to go out of body has increased.
- Level 8: Acquirable only through being an Aeonian Horse (Full only) and an Etherstone Necklace. Can go out of body indefinitely. Can sacrifice two medium animals to create a large creation. Limited control over the creature for a short time.
Druid
The Essence of Aeon
As old as the Gods themselves, Druids are revered as the guardians of Aeon. They are often perceived as gentle souls who help lost or troubled wanderers because of their intense awareness of the lay of the land. Not all Druids are helpful, and it is difficult to know who is a Druid without the aid of Psychic. The elusive nature of Druids drives them to live secret lives. In times of trouble, they can transform into trees for centuries. This has earned them a lesser nickname as "Time Travelers."
Special Note: Only Aeon-born natives may be Druids. It may be genetically passed down through several generations without ever showing. Many who are druids may not realize until later in life when their magic is "awakened" or strong enough to show that they are druids.
- Level 1: Intense awareness of his or her surroundings within a mile or so, including the lay of the land and general knowledge of what creatures are close by him or her.
- Level 2: Awareness increases to a territory. Can identify the specific creatures within a small proximity.
- Level 3: Awareness increases to have foreboding feelings about the weather or possible disasters. Can now identify any creature within the territory. Can now take on small adaptations of the world around them for short periods of time.
- Level 4: Adaption skills increase in duration and efficiency. He or she may also take on the adaptations of small creatures around them.
- Level 5: Adaption skills increase in duration again and become more efficient. The druid may take on the adaptions of medium sized creatures around them. Able to deter small animals from attacking them for short periods.
- Level 6: Adaptations from small to medium size creatures will remain indefinite until the caster wishes to no longer have them present. May take on adaptations of large predators for short periods, 30 minutes or less. Able to deter small animals from attacking them. Can deter medium sized animals for short periods.
- Level 7: Acquirable only through being an Aeonian Horse/Half Aeonian Horse or an Etherstone Necklace. He or she also has strong influences over the land, including local weather, fauna, and creatures. May take on adaptions of larger predators for a longer period of time, and can deter medium sized animals from attacking. They also may deter large predators from attacking for small amounts of time.
- Level 8: Acquirable only through being an Aeonian Horse (Full only) and an Etherstone Necklace. At long last, the druid has reached his or her full potential. They may take on the adaptations of larger predators up to four hours, and may also deter large animals from attacking. Possess the ability to transform into a tree and hibernate for centuries at a time before being awakened by only another druid. Fruit bore by the tree possesses magical properties that reflect the strongest characteristics of that druid. Effects of the fruit eaten by others lasts for a few hours.
